Savory Okaka, Edamame & Cheese
Season your rice with salt, then fold in the savory Okaka and bright green edamame. Add the cheese cubes last. Shape into your favorite style and enjoy!
Smoked Salmon & Fried Onion
Season the rice with salt and mix in the flaked salmon. Fold in the fried onions right at the end to keep their delicious crunch. These are beautiful and so flavorful!
COOKING NOTES
You can enjoy these exactly as they are, or wrap them in a nori sheet for that classic finish.
If you want a pop of color, try adding a few chopped green onions or extra edamame to the salmon version!
